How Can severe Knee Pain Be Treated?

Sir I am 31 years old. I have lots of problem in my left knee since more than a month. I am unable to fold my left leg properly, unable to use staircase, unable to sit on the floor. My walking speed has reduced down. The MRI report of left knee joint states strain of anterior cruciate ligament, joint effusion with synovial thickness. Please help me so that I am able to return to the normal situation as early as possible.
